1、 NL series sewage mud pump product overview:
The pump is a single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump, the main components are volute, impeller, pump seat, pump shell, support cylinder, motor base, motor, etc. The volute, pump seat, motor seat and impeller nut are cast by pig iron with good corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance, and the processing technology is convenient.
Impeller for three single chord curved blade, semi closed impeller, and the use of malleable iron, so high strength, corrosion resistance; easy processing, good trafficability, high efficiency.
In order to reduce the weight and the amount of turning, the pump shaft is made of high quality carbon steel cold drawn round steel.
Four frame oil seals and shaft sleeves are installed in the pump seat to prevent shaft wear and prolong the service life of the shaft.
NL series sewage slurry pump can be used vertically or obliquely, with small floor area. The volute needs to be buried in the working medium and easy to start. It does not need bow I water. The rotation direction should be clockwise from the end of the motor.
There are various specifications of switchboard length, so that the user can choose according to the use and local conditions.
2、 NL series sewage cement slurry pump main uses:
1. 3、 Instructions for use of NL series sewage mud pump:
1. The power supply must be three-phase four wire system. If there is no grounding wire, it must be installed to prevent leakage. When working, the circuit fuse and switch corresponding to the motor must be installed nearby to prevent the motor from burning out when the impeller is stuck.
2. When the sewage pump is used, it can run without installing any basic device. As long as it leans firmly, it can be tied with ropes when necessary to prevent accidents. After starting, the motor rotation direction must be checked, and it should not be reversed for more than one minute.
3. When there are many weeds, iron wires, wood sticks, bricks and other impurities in the liquid to be sucked, it must be removed as far as possible in advance, and the method of adding wire basket can be adopted to prevent the debris from being sucked into the pump, causing impeller damage, jamming and pipe blockage.
4. The pump body should be given short-term water absorption after suction of mud and other pollutants, so as to flush the pump body and pipeline.
5. When working in the open air, the motor should be equipped with a shield to prevent rain water from getting into the motor.
6. At the bottom of the river, the mud suction at the bottom of the pool should be hung on a tripod, and can be put on a buoy or a boat for mobile operation. During earthwork operation, the diameter of soil blocks crushed by high-pressure water should not be greater than one third of the suction inlet.
7. The specified speed of the pump is the maximum speed of the pump, and can not be arbitrarily increased; the use of reduced speed is unlimited, but the efficiency is significantly reduced.
8. When pumping thick mud, thick liquid or high head and long-distance slurry transportation, the load of the sewage lift pump is reduced, but the load can not be increased by changing the structure.
9. Generally, the pump is operated for 1250 hours, and the pump is maintained regularly. The pump seat is disassembled to check the sealing condition of the bearing and the pump. The grease is cleaned and replaced. If necessary, the oil seal, shaft sleeve and other parts are replaced. Please refer to installation for maintenance and replacement of parts. (use mechanical seal to transport the pump for 3500 hours for regular maintenance).
10. When it is not used for a long time, the volute should be disassembled, the parts should be wiped dry, and the relative moving joint surface should be coated with light oil, and stored in a dry place for future use.
